We aim to ship orders within 72 hours because of extremely high demand. Please be patient while the tracking details are updated. Shipping times above are working/business days.
Returns/Replacement
We allow up to 90 days from the order of dispatch to request a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this).
As soon as a return is received at our warehouse, we will automatically process the exchange/store credit/refund. Please note, all items must be in their original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A return slip will be emailed to you when you email support@gymsupplyco.com to inform us you wish to return your item.

Faulty Items
At Gym Supply Co., we are dedicated to providing our customers with top-notch products. If, by any chance, you receive a faulty product, we're here to make it right. Here's how our return and replacement process works:
- Faulty Product Resolution: If you believe you've received a faulty product, we'll be happy to offer you a replacement. To initiate this process, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase. We may also request the item to be inspected to verify its condition.
- Damaged During Delivery: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged due to delivery, please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item. Failure to do so may impact your ability to make a shipping insurance claim, potentially resulting in no compensation.
- Replacement Process: Once a product is confirmed as faulty, we will either ship a replacement if it's available in stock, or issue a voucher or refund. You can expect to receive a response regarding faulty claims within 10-15 business days from the date the product arrives at our returns address (see above). For both faulty and damaged items, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is determined to be faulty, we will reimburse the postage cost.
Important Notes:
- Gym Supply Co. is not responsible for any delivery delays.
- Please ensure that you accurately complete the returns form.
- Include the original or a copy of your invoice with your returned package.
- While we cannot be held liable for products lost in transit, we are committed to resolving such issues to the best of our ability.
- Allow 10-15 business days from the day your package is returned to us for your account to be credited.
- Gym Supply Co. will not be held responsible for any customs charges.
